We stayed with our family for three days. The villa rooms are spacious, neat & clean. The staff is quite good too & the overall location is a solid 10/10 with additional amenities like a private pool & access to good food being the icing on the cake. It was truly a great experience for me & my husband.

This was my first trip since the pandemic started & I was obviously concerned about the safety protocols, etc. I'm glad we chose Acacia Villas for our stay. The villa was neat & clean & the team had taken the necessary precautionary safety measures to ensure a hassle-free stay experience for us. Kudos to the whole team!

I'm not from India so I was concerned if these guys would be comfortable doing a little handholding for us. But to my utter surprise, they were happy to do that and even went the extra mile & helped us get our own personal chef who cooked us vegan food for our stay & even got us a designated driver for the full trip. We had booked the White Banyan beach villa for our vacation with the kids. It's an amazing villa that comes with a great pool. Overall, we received very good service & the overall environment was also quite nice. There are 2 caretakers at the property & both of them are extremely friendly & very good at their jobs. Will definitely come back.

Super luxury. The villa is beautiful with high ceilings, four poster beds, pool, and a lovely river view. The staff treated us like royalty, taking care of all our food - we had a guest with us who could not eat any spices. The villa is very well equipped, including all basic toiletries, super clean linen, absolutely clean kitchen, and high speed wifi throughout the house. The pool provided the perfect place to end the day - watching the sunset while swimming and enjoying a couple of drinks.

The Acacia Villa by the river in Saipem Goa is a luxurious comfortable and a complete experience with beautiful serene river flowing with a amazing view …birds chirping. Soothing pool and yum food cooked by Chef Prakash in house And caretaker Zakir made our stay so comfortable n relaxing .

Will keep coming back! 5/5 for the ambiance and service 🙌🏼 John was our service boy and was lovely. Helped us from cutting vegetables in the kitchen to payment. Recommending this to friends and family 🙂

Got an opportunity for a second time stay at these beautiful villas. The location is closer to most of the amazing places in the north Goa. And the staff - Masud and Shakeel were very kind and helpful. They the property cleaned and were available for any help. Geeat experience overall.
